1.    Cashback” shall mean 10 Cashback vouchers of Rs 100/- each which an Eligible Subscriber can avail upon performing 13 consecutive Recharges on the Eligible Device on or before 30th Nov, 2019.

2.   “Eligible Device” shall mean Xiaomi Redmi 5A, being the mobile device of Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (“Xiaomi”), purchased between 7thDecember, 2017 and 30th November, 2018 and on which a Recharge is first performed by an Eligible Subscriber within the said period.

3.   “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) is an active subscriber of the RJIO services; and (ii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.

4.   “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 7th December, 2017 and 30th November, 2019.

5.   “Offer” shall mean the Cashback offer made available by RJIO.

6.   “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.

7.    “Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of ₹ 199/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO. The plan benefits are provided in Annexure 1 here to.

8.   “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.

9.   “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RJIO
